tina’s weigh/ water + checking in #3

by ~Tina on February 23, 2012

Pretty good reasons to drink water, don’t you think?

I’m just wishing that my family would leave my drink bottle alone so I can keep track of just how much water I am drinking.

I fill my drink bottle each morning and keep it on my desk, or in the fridge, and it seems that people are drawn to it. And it’s not like we don’t have other bottles of water in the fridge that they can drink from.

What the hell is up with that?!

Weekly Update….

Today marks the end of week 3.

  • Starting weight: 130.3kg
  • This week’s weigh in: 124.7kg
  • This week’s Loss: 0.5kg
  • Total loss: 5.6kg

weight loss

I don’t notice any change yet when looking in the morning and I don’t think anyone else can notice it yet either. I’m looking forward to the moment that someone else notices.

I seriously have the same problem. arrrhhh. But thanks for the reminder, I think it’s the one thing I’m truly failing to do at the moment. It shouldn’t be that difficult should it.

Five kilos in three weeks! Wow, well done.
I started my diet this week, but I’m not brave enough to blog it. (This mean photos! Eeeep!)

You are doing an awesome job Tina!!! Very inspiring indeed!
I struggle with drinking that much water, I have around a litre a day, plus other drinks of course. I guess it’s all about creating new habits.

You are doing a great job. It’s hard to lose weight. Explain back wash to your kids and they might give your bottle a miss next time. Rachel

Congrats on your progress so far Tina. For me, I think I drink a lot more when I’m at work, because I don’t normally leave my desk and there’s a filled bottle of water right in front of me. Where as at home, I get kinda lazy to get away from my desk to go to the kitchen for a drink. Love reading your progress btw! :) Keep it up!

Woohoo, go you!! I’m terrible with drinking water… I drink a lot if I have a bottle with me, but I never do take one anywhere. My drink of choice is Coke Zero. I justify it by the fact there’s no calories!

go you!!! SO proud of you :-)

i drink just over 2 litres of water a day, it’s all i drink during the day. i also drink a cold glass of water just before going to bed at night and another on waking up.

and never forget, any loss is better than a gain xx

Drinking a lot of water is the main part of all the diets, and it really works! It had worked for me as well. Congrats to your results, I’m sure that somebody will notice the changes soon;)
